Cleanup scans Windows Temp, User Temp, Recycle Bin, thumbnail cache and recent shortcuts, then deletes only the categories you confirm. Browser cache and duplicate files (sent to Recycle Bin) are included. It does not remove Windows Update leftovers or installer leftovers.

Cleanup is live in the Free build. It lists reclaimable junk by category, then deletes the categories you confirm. Personal documents, photos and media are never targeted. Duplicate finder sends selected duplicates to Recycle Bin rather than permanently shredding them.
