OptinexPC is the health and repair suite — not the uninstaller.

Use it when you want a local read on health, disk, and startup. Removing installed programs is OPTINEX Uninstaller, a separate app and license.

Detailed information

What it does

OptinexPC runs on the PC. Scans stay local. The dashboard groups health, cleanup, startup, and storage so you can see the machine before you change it. Cleanup and Startup Manager change the PC only after you confirm. Privacy Cleanup is Free. Windows Repair is Pro. It does not scan for malware. Apps Manager can start a program's official uninstaller; leftover cleanup and Force Remove are OPTINEX Uninstaller (separate license).

How a typical session works

  1. Install OptinexPC-Setup.exe and open the app on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit).
  2. Run a PC Health Scan. Read the score and the categories that pulled it down. The scan itself is view-only.
  3. Open Storage Analysis if a drive is full (used/free per volume); open Startup Manager if boot is heavy.
  4. In Cleanup, review each category. Confirm only what you want removed.
  5. On Pro, use Windows Repair for SFC, DISM, chkdsk or network repairs — confirm, then UAC.

Licensing

Free has no time limit on the Free modules. OptinexPC Pro is $79.99 USD per PC for one year, paid through PayPal checkout, delivered by email, activated online. Published plans cover 1–5 PCs. An OptinexPC key does not unlock OPTINEX Uninstaller. Renew from License management.

Installer

File name: OptinexPC-Setup.exe. Download from the Download page. 64-bit Windows 10 (1909+) or Windows 11. See system requirements.

Who it's for

Everyday owners who want the PC to stay readable without learning every Windows screen. Households checking a few machines. Enthusiasts who want startup and storage in one place. Skip it if you only need to remove one program — that is Uninstaller — or if you only need Windows Settings.

When it helps

  • The drive is filling and you want junk categories, not a blind clean
  • Boot is slow and you want to see startup entries before disabling
  • You want a single local health score you can re-run after cleanup

Limits — stated plainly

  • No speed guarantee and no scare score
  • Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit only
  • Review-first: the app does not wipe the PC in one click
  • Not antivirus. Use Windows Security alongside it

Need to remove programs instead?

OPTINEX Uninstaller is the dedicated removal app: official uninstallers first, leftover review, Force Remove. Separate $24.99 license.

No. Windows Repair is included in OptinexPC Pro. It runs real Windows tools after you confirm and accept UAC. One-Click Repair is coming soon and is not in this build.

Use Storage Sense or Disk Cleanup for a one-off temp sweep, and Task Manager → Startup apps to disable a single boot item. Use OptinexPC when you want those jobs on one dashboard, with categories you review before you confirm.

No. A health scan can show startup load, disk pressure, and reclaimable files. It cannot promise a frame-rate or boot-time number. Some slowdowns are hardware, storage failure, or malware — OptinexPC is not antivirus.

No. OptinexPC and OPTINEX Uninstaller are separate products with separate keys. See OPTINEX Uninstaller.
