OPTINEX Uninstaller

Remove a Windows program the way a careful technician would.

Uninstaller removes programs. It is not the health suite.

Use it for installed-program inventory, official uninstall, leftovers, and Force Remove. PC health, cleanup, and repair live on OptinexPC — a separate license.

Installed-program inventory

Live Win32 list from the same Add/Remove Programs keys Windows uses. Names, publishers, versions, and sizes come from this PC.

Official uninstall

Starts the vendor’s registered uninstaller and watches the session. Free can run official uninstalls — the app does not enforce a one-uninstall cap. Batch (Pro) runs one at a time, never in parallel.

Leftover review

After uninstall, leftovers are HIGH, MEDIUM, or LOW. Cleanup is selected-only. Documents, runtimes, and shared folders are not leftovers by default.

Force Remove

When the official uninstaller is missing or broken. HIGH leftovers only, after you confirm. Not a silent wipe.

Windows Apps

Store and AppX packages listed with Win32 programs. User packages can be removed. System and protected apps are shown and are not removed.

Startup manager

Run keys and Startup folders. Viewable on Free. Pro can enable or disable entries — registrations are not deleted automatically.

Free

See what is installed and run official uninstallers. No one-uninstall cap.

  • Installed apps inventory (ARP)
  • Windows Apps inventory and user-package remove
  • Official uninstall (no single-uninstall cap)
  • View startup entries (view only)

Detailed information

What it does

OPTINEX Uninstaller lists installed Win32 programs from Add/Remove Programs and Windows Apps from the AppX catalog. It prefers the vendor uninstaller. After that session it can list leftovers as HIGH, MEDIUM, or LOW. You select what to remove. Force Remove is only for a missing or broken uninstaller, and only HIGH leftovers after confirm.

How a typical session works

  1. Install OptinexUninstaller-Setup.exe on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit).
  2. Review the inventory. Search by name or publisher.
  3. Run the official uninstaller for the app you want gone.
  4. On Pro, review leftovers. Select items. Confirm. Skip anything you do not recognize.
  5. Use Force Remove only when that official uninstaller is missing or broken.

Licensing

Free has no time limit on inventory, official uninstall, Windows Apps user-package remove, and a view-only startup list. The app does not enforce a single-uninstall cap. Uninstaller Pro is $24.99 USD for 1 PC and 1 year, electronic delivery, online activation via PayPal checkout. An Uninstaller key does not unlock OptinexPC. Guest checkout works the same as OptinexPC.

Installer

File name: OptinexUninstaller-Setup.exe. Same file as the Download hub. 64-bit Windows 10 or 11.

Who it's for

People cleaning leftover folders after a vendor uninstall, technicians facing a broken uninstall entry, and anyone who wants Windows Apps next to Win32 in one list. Skip it if you only need Disk Cleanup or a health score — that is OptinexPC.

When it helps

  • A program left folders after the official uninstall
  • Add/Remove Programs shows an entry with no working uninstaller
  • You want several official uninstalls, one after another

Limits — stated plainly

  • No one-click wipe of the PC
  • Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit only
  • Official uninstaller first; Force Remove is the exception
  • Not antivirus and not a speed tool

Need the health suite instead?

OptinexPC is the separate Windows health and repair product. Different license, different job. Pro is $79.99/year per PC.
