Administrator access
Most modules — PC Health Scan, Cleanup, Startup Manager, Storage Analysis — run as a standard user. Windows Repair needs an administrator prompt via UAC because it runs real Windows tools (SFC, DISM, chkdsk). Driver Health is a Pro inventory of installed drivers; it does not download or install driver updates, and it does not need admin for updates that do not exist.
Internet connection
A connection is only needed for installation, license activation and update checks. Core diagnostic scanning and cleanup run entirely offline once installed.
